The audit log records access and configuration events so you can answer who did what, and when. Find it in Settings > Audit Log.
The audit log is an Enterprise feature. Admins and Managers can view it; see Teams & permissions.

What it captures

The log is paginated and filterable by action type, so you can narrow to a specific kind of event: sign-ins, role changes, integration changes, and other configuration activity, during a review or investigation.
Pair the audit log with SSO enforcement and SCIM so access changes are both governed and recorded.
